Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This policy explains what personal data MaximaTech LLC (“Maxima Plugins”, “we”) collects when you use maximaplugins.com or buy our products, how we use it, and your rights. We are the data controller for the data described here.

What we collect

  • Account and order details: your name, email address, country, state and postcode, the products you bought, and your license and download history.
  • Payment details: payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We do not see or store your card or bank details. Paddle shares with us the information needed to deliver your order, such as your name, email, country and the amount paid.
  • Support messages: the name, email address, store URL and message you send us, and any system information you choose to include.
  • Technical data: your IP address and browser details, recorded in server logs and used to keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

How we use it

  • To deliver your purchase, give you access to downloads and updates, and manage your license (performance of a contract).
  • To answer your questions and provide support (performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
  • To send emails about your order, renewals and important plugin updates (performance of a contract). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
  • To keep records required for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
  • To protect the site against fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the store to work: a cart and session cookie set by WooCommerce, and login cookies if you sign in to your account. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Paddle’s checkout may set its own cookies to process your payment securely.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store:

  • Paddle.com (payments, tax and invoicing). See Paddle’s privacy policy.
  • Our hosting and email providers, which store the website and deliver our emails.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and license records are kept for as long as your account exists and for the period required by tax and accounting law. Support messages are kept for up to three years after the last message. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we will keep only what we are legally required to keep.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including the EU, the UK and California, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where data leaves the EU or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, access to customer data is limited to the people who need it, and payment details never reach our servers.

Children

Our products are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16.
