Description
Gift cards bring in new customers and money up front. Store credit keeps the sale when an order goes wrong. Both are one plugin here, and both work the same way at checkout: the customer enters a code and the balance pays for the order.

Common setups
- Holiday gift cards: $25, $50 and $100 cards, emailed on the date the buyer picks.
- Any amount: customers type the amount between your lowest and highest.
- Refunds as store credit: keep the money in your store when a customer returns something.
- Goodwill credit: a quick apology for a late delivery, emailed with a personal message.
Sell gift cards
- Turn any simple or variable product into a gift card with one checkbox
- Recipient, message and the date the card should arrive, emailed at 8:00 that day
- A printable card with your logo, linked from the email
- Customers find their cards under Gift cards in My Account
Pay with gift cards
- A gift card field in the cart and at checkout, in the classic pages and the Cart and Checkout blocks
- Cards pay for the total after tax, like a payment, so prices and tax stay correct
- Customers combine cards and spend a balance over several orders
- Balances come back if an order is cancelled, fails or is refunded
Keep track
- The unspent balance of all active cards at a glance
- Search by code or email, change balances and expiry dates, disable a card or email it again
- Every change is logged with who made it, when and why
- A balance check block and shortcode for any page
Requirements
WordPress 6.8 or newer, WooCommerce 10.0 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer. Works with the Cart and Checkout blocks and High-Performance Order Storage.
